How good would this be if we could use a google spreadsheet therefore any changes would sync to the form

Was just looking for a field that would create a drop down from a linked list. My application is project ID's, to implement this currently i'll have to edit the form every time we start a new project or finish a project. If i could link it to a spreadsheet in OneDrive or similar it wouls save time in having to make the edits and remembering to do them in the first place!
