    Hi there,

Right now, integrations based on approval flows isn't possible.

Can you elaborate more about your requirement? Do you want to run integrations based on the approval statuses. Like, if approved, the submission should be integrated to Zendesk etc.?

We'll wait for your response and accordingly escalate this as a feature request.

    Thank you!

Yes, if a process is approved, I would want it to create a Zendesk ticket. Can this be an enhancement request?

    Hello,

I tested it on my test form and the Google Spreadsheet (For testing purposes only) automatically sends the data upon submission.

I forwarded the feature request to our developers. We cannot give you an ETA when this will be implemented but we will message you once we have any updates.

Zendesk provides an email that I could send it it to. From that email, it could then create a ticket. When I tried sending an email through the Workflow after approving it, I still do not see the ticket being created. I've also cc'ed my direct email address in the same email and i received it so i know the email functionality is still working. Just not the one sending to Zendesk. Any idea why?

    Hello,

Is that an email content with a link to Zendesk to create a ticket? If yes, you can send an email using the Approval Workflow.

    For example:

If the submission is approved, send this email (Zendesk link). If the submission is denied, do not send the email.

Is that what you're trying to ask?

I'm talking about in my Send Email shape, I'm sending the recipients to "support@{company}.zendesk.com,{real@email.com}.

It's sending the email to {real@email.com} but not to support@{company}.zendesk.com.

However, upon closer look, I saw inside my Zendesk that it did receive an email from Jotform but it flagged it as spam because it blocks incoming emails that contains noreply or no-reply variations. In the From part, I did see that it came from jotform@noreply.com. How can I change this?

I needed to move your last question to a new ticket so we can maintain only one topic per ticket. Please find my answer here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/3449099
