What happens if your servers are down ?

I am guessing that the form doesnt display or work correct ?

If thats the case what sort of redundant data centres do you have ?

We have cloud of servers in different geography. Our uptime is actually very good and we monitor our servers constantly. Your guessing is correct, if the server is down your forms will not work but as mentioned earlier, we have cloud of servers and if one is down you will be server by another one.
