Unable to get submitted form info also get a 404 error when trying to get same info to download as a pdf

    To clarify, you cannot view your submission data?

    Please try to login to your Jotform account and view the submission data again.

    I have checked your form on a computer and the submissions and the PDF can be viewed normally.

    I can see that you are using the mobile app, please attempt uninstalling the app and re-installing it.

    Please let us know if the issue persists.
