    Dear Jot Form Support Team.

I have been using your product in many ways with a variety of firms that I have worked with! We love a lot of the features that you offer!

I am facing an issue I need your help with in regards to email notification alerts. On multiple forms, I have tried to setup a notification to be sent to the manager of the form's email, departmental email, etc. It seems the emails though are not gonig through to the @slu.edu domain

I tested multiple forms by putting in both email addresses with @slu.edu and others such as @gmail.com. The @gmail.com work. When I first setup this account we didn't have an issue with email notifcations being sent to the @slu.edu domain.

Is there any chance you can check into this and offer some ideas of what might be happening and/or next steps?

    An example form is: http://www.jotform.us/form/40414805739153

    Thank you,

    Brett

Hi Brett, We really do appreciate your profound love of our platform and features and thank you for the comments. Now onto your issue at hand...

Firstly, We're already aware of the problem you mentioned. This can sometimes happen for various reasons but often it is usually due to the fact that you are using a Custom Domain such as " @slu.edu " which is your email suffix aka email domain. The problem for you not receiving our emails is normally because of a filtering system that flags our emails as spam even if not in your spam folder this can still happen due to anti-spam algorithms used by your email hosting provider.

To fix this problem we first recommend referring to this guide. Additionally it may help to use our email bouncelist checker tool to make sure your email did not end up in our bounce list where you can remove it if necessary. If neither of those are helpful then the most likely solution would be to lastly check your spam folder and if you still do not find anything there then it is highly recommended at this point to have your email host Whitelist JotForm IP's and even for you to add us to your contacts list.

So I apologize to play back and forth. Our IT team asked me to verify if Jot Form follows Google's guidelines for bulk senders. The information is at: https://support.google.com/a/answer/81126?hl=en

If you don't mind verifying, I appreciate so I can get them to look at the solutions you provided for us.

    Much apprecaited.

We do not allow than 10 recipients on each email alert to prevent spam

If you are using Google for custom domains, you should whitelist our IP addresses as recommended by Kade, by going to this page

You can also whitelist our domains on this one:
