    I have received many complaints that my forms don't work in Asian countries.  Most of my clients use I.E. and my forms don't work good.

    any suggestions?

    Hi,

    Is this form already embedded? If yes, can you please share to us URL of your website where your form is embedded so we can investigate the issue and for further assistance?

    Thanks!

    https://secure.jotformpro.com/form/40555998959984.  Here is the application, I have also received complaints that after a user goes back into autofill or "re-edit" some of the questions are missing, specifically the sibling area (i captured this from the power tools).

    @amhomelife

    Hi,

    I'm one of Jotform Support who worked virtually from PH (Asia). I viewed your form here with my IE browser and I am able to fill the form though I observed one thing which is destructing and could lead users to close the form. The reason why is that you have autosave function enabled on your lengthy form. Unfortunately, this causes lag on the browser for lengthy forms with your current setup since it calls the script every time an input is made on the form.

    To resolve this, may I suggest you to please configure your autosave settings with the following. This should minimizes lags on the browser and should make make to work smoothly as expected.

    Regarding on the unsaved fields, unfortunately widget fields are not yet supported with autosave function. This might be the reason why. The only way to resolved this is to replace your widget field specifically the "sibling field" with matrix table with text box inputs. Matrix is under Survey tools. You can actually use any fields as long as it is not widget, data will be saved on user's browser.

    Should you have further questions or if you need clarification, let us know here. Regards!
