    I have been trying for two days to have notifications working.

    I have been trying for two days to have notifications working. I dont receive test emails. I configured it may times already, even using jotform as default.

    I dont get it

    Hi,

    I was not able to find any account using your email service@kikirikey.com. So, kindly provide the username of your account or the URL of the form you are having issues with so that we can further investigate.

    Kindly, make sure to check your spam folder, it is possible that the notification emails were flagged as spam. To avoid that kind of issues also kindly contact your email service provider and ask them to whitelist our domain names:

    (We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.)

    Hi,
    Sorry, i just changed the email account to test what happened if i use another one. I used my gmail and the emails come trough without problem.
    When i change to service@kikirikey.com which is a zoho mail is when the emails don't arrive.
    Now the account email is back to service@kikirikey.com
    Let me know if there's something i can do
