Newsletter is crashing when you sign up

    Hi

     

    We have number of different newsletters on our site, when you click sign up instead of being redirected to either a thank you page or a custom URL it stays on the same page and generates some code as shown in the picture attached. I’ve just settings on the form and nothing has been changed.

     

     It is doing this not only our site but using the jotform direct link url -  http://form.jotformpro.com/form/40443372373956
