Hi there,
We uncovered a pretty bad UX when a user submits a signup (form is a newsletter signup) when that email already exists. See attached. So my questions are 1. how can we allow more than 1 submission? We handle contact updates on the Mailchimp side and 2. if we can't make the messaging friendlier?
Thank you,
Colleen

Hello Colleen,
I hope you're doing well and thanks for reaching out.
We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please see the screenshot below:
As you can see, the form checks for Unique Submission via browser cookies. You can set that to 'No Check' by going to Settings -> Form Settings -> Show Advanced Options -> Unique Submission.
You can also edit the message should you want to go that route by going to Settings -> Form Settings -> Show Advanced Options -> Form Warnings -> Edit.
Let us know if you need further assistance.
Best regards,
-

Hey Billy,
Sorry just seeing your response. Thanks for the info. Strangely, it was set to Cookies for only one of our many forms (all of which were cloned from this original form...)
I have another question for you: I added hover text to a field, but when we embed on our website, it is cutoff (see screenshot). Without having to change the layout of the page we're embedding, is there some CSS that can be added to change the position of this text, to above, below, or left?
