    test emails dont arrive to zohomail but they arrive to gmail

    When i do the setup for notifications and test emails they never arrive to my zoho emaul account.

    I tested with gmail and they arrived. 


    Therefore i would like to know how i can solve this because i need to use zoho

    Have you looked at your zoho email's spam folder? If ithe emails are not present there, it is possible that zoho has blocked the emails.

    In that case, you will need to add our mail servers' IP addresses to your zoho account's whitelist.
