I'm using the spreadsheet to form a widget to auto-fill some of our fields.
It was working fine a few days but not anymore. Earlier today I made some changes to the Dependent dropdowns, Calculated Formula (CSV fields), and Spreadsheet to form fields.
Some of the Unique IDs I created was too long? Could this be what is causing the error?
By the way the error I'm getting is Unknown Access Code.

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. There are two Spreadsheet To Form widgets on the form you linked. May we ask which one you are having an issue with, please?
Also, may we ask that you give us a sample code that we can use to test the issue you are reporting, please?
Kindly tell us what exactly are the most recent changes you made on your form before the issue happened.
We will wait for your response.
