Hello! Why my plan has been downgraded?
I've prepayed you the "Economy" plan for one year.

This happened because the system did not cancel the old monthly subscription
Upon checking deeper I found the Reference Number :78299422 for BlueSnap Account ID 48131494, which is the one for the yearly Economy subscription
Your account now is back to Economy
