PDF Editor: Product options are not shown

    Hi,

    since a week, we are facing a problem related to the PDF that we receive when our customers make an order through the module.

    What we are receiving right now is the below: a list of products ordered on the left and the total amount of money that is due.

    However, what we used to receive until last week was the below: a list of product, the quantity ordered by the customer right below, and the cost of one item only, as setup in the module (not the total amount due = n° of items ordered * cost of one item). Is there a way to go back to the setup shown in the below image?

    I noticed that you have a few forms. Can you please provide the link or the name of this form, so we can check your setup?

    Then we will be able to provide possible workarounds.

    Greetings Paola.

    We have made a change regarding the clarification for our customers. The previous setup is still possible by changing a few options. The reason for the changes are:

    1) "Change product options column" checkbox does not work on your form because "Quantity" option is now reachable through "Show quantity column" checkbox. If you had more options in a product, you could see those when you checked this checkbox.

    2) The "Show amount column" checkbox is intended to show you the total price of a product. If you uncheck this and check the "Show pricing column" checkbox, you will see the cost of one item only in the PDF.

    Now I will show you the steps to achieve the setup you want to have:

    1) Check the "Show pricing column" checkbox.

    2) Check the "Show quantity column" checkbox and uncheck the "Show amount column" checkbox.

    (OPTIONAL) If you want to add table headers (to show quantity) switch the "Payment Are View" option from Compact to Default.

    thanks for the detailed answer, but I really don't understand how to get to that first screen "Payment Settings"? can you possibly guide me to get there? thanks a lot,

    To access it, once in the PDF Editor,

    You can click on the field with the products and click on the little cogwheel on the right:
