How can I enter an address from a Jotform form to a Highrise contact

I am trying to populate my Highrise contact list with entries from my Jotform forms on my website.

It all works quite well, until I come to the address. I have tried this with the standard Jotform ADDRESS field and with using text boxes for each address item.

The Highrise address field option never appears in the field mapping options.

I can do this using a service like Zapier, but I have to create a separate app for each Jotform form and I have 12 of them.

This seems a very basic thing to need - addresses are integral to contact details.

    Hi,

This is a known bug in the Highrise integration on the form.

The form Address field is NOT availabel in the field mapping option with Highrise.

You can check the thread where this bug had been reported here

I will also submit a bug ticket to our higher team support using this thread so that it can be included in the fix.

Unfortunately, the most I could suggest that you can use for now is via the Zapier method which you have tested to have work already.

You will be notified as soon as our higher team support have status update available about this ticket.

    Thank you.

    Hello,

We have now added the address field on the integrations wizard for Highrise.  Please do reintegrate your form to have the address field included starting your next submission.

Thanks for your patience and support.

    Warm regards,
