How can my respondents get a confirmation of their answers?

Dear Jotform,

I want my respondents to get their questionlist + answers in their inbox. This by filling in their email in the email box and then I would like to have a checkbox which says: Would you like to receive a copy of your answers.

Is this possible, so yes how?

Hello Marcel,

Yes it is possible to achieve your requirement. You should actually add an auto-responder to your form which will send an email to the form submitter. Once the auto-responder is added in your form, you can take advantage of our conditional logic feature to send auto-responder email only when the "checkbox - Would you like to receive a copy of your answers" is checked.
