Table lost formatting

    I have several issues:

1 - only two tabs have all of the columns that are needed for this table (*Monthly Report and *NEW SURVEY INFO). Why is that? Shouldn't the columns carry over throught the whole table? The way the tabs have been created is from filtering another tab and then clicking the "Create a New Tab" button if I choose to save that view. The column that are missing from all the other tabs are the columns that start with a (*).

2 - Several columns are not showing up in the filter options. It appears to be the columns that have gray answers.

3 - These columns have also lost their formatting. The columns used to have several options to choose from in the dropdown, but now they are all gray and the dropdown option only shows the selected option and then some strange code. This happened after I clicked "edit form," but I didn't edit anything in that screen because there isn't a form that goes with this table.

I'm afraid to change anything and according to the revision history, the last saved version is from Friday, so I'll lose all the data I've entered/changed today.

Hi there - Apologies for the inconvenience.

Are you the only one who has access to your tables? I'm afraid you have to use the revision history to revert it to the previous setup. I suggest downloading each tab of your tables first so you have a reference afterward.

This is completely unacceptable. I have had several issues with this platform in the last few weeks and the resolution has been, "sorry, just start over from scratch." What is going on?

    Greetings.

    We apologize for the inconvenience.

By restoring your table using Revision history, you won't have to start from scratch. Your table will be reverted to a previous state, and you will have to make only some changes to your table.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.

I've still lost hours to the issues with this platform. How do I know that this won't happen again? How do I know that the tabs will function properly throughout the whole table?

We experience temporary slowdowns from time to time. But you can quickly revert your Tables with the Revision History feature. It should take only a few seconds.

Let us know if we can be of any further assistance.
