    Hi support,

I am trying to build a quiz form.
Basically I will need the user to choose the correct statement (out of 3 options) based on the image.

As I need the questions to be displayed one by one, I am using the card form layout.

    How can I do it?

*Attached link is a Jotform that I found that has the thing that I wanted to do. Just for reference.

    Thank you and stay safe.

    Hi,

    Thank you for reaching out.

The classic form is used in the form you have referenced. Unfortunately, you cannot do this using the card form. But you can split pages with the "Page Break" element.

Here are screenshots to follow the process.

Note: This process is only valid for the classic form.

    Steps,

    1. First you can add a picture using the "Image" element, then you should prepare your questions using the "Single Choice" element. My advice would be to prepare all the questions first.

    2. You can then split pages by dragging the "Page Break" element between each question.1635239697 6177c711d662a Screenshot 21

    3. When you preview the form using the "Preview Form" option at the top right, you will see that the pages are separated.1635239844 6177c7a4516dc Screenshot 321635239857 6177c7b1a8434 Screenshot 43
