CONFIRMATION EMAIL - some users are not recieving notifications

    JOT FORM SUPPORT,

     

    WE IN SOME TROUBLE AS SOME PEOPLE SAY THEY DONT GET ANY CONFIRMATION EMAIL AT ALL, SOME SAY THEY DO GET. HOW CAN WE BE REST ASSURED THAT EMAILS ARE SENT OUT TO THEM?

    Hello,

    Sorry to hear that -

    The best way to ensure that your emails are being sent is to create an SMTP relay - which transfers the responsibility of sending emails to an email you will designate - therefore making it easiser to trace for possible bounces - and other smail delivery issues.

    I checked one of your forms (http://www.jotform.com/33322723452851) for an autoresponder setting , but could not find one.

    An Autoresponder is used to send emails to form users - you need to have one on your form in order to automatically respond to whoever fills your form.

    Perhaps I was looking at the wrong form  - which one would you like us to check and make reccomendations?
