I performed some tests with your forms (sorry for that), but I was not able to reproduce the issue. The submissions were sent successfully and I was redirected to the Thank You page.

    First form:

    Second form:

So, could you please let us know if you have been able to reproduce the issue from your side? Are your forms embedded in a webpage? If so, could you please share the URL of the page where they are embedded to inspect if the issue is happening with the embedded veriosions only?

You may also try to clear your form caches, that might help. Here is how: How to clear your form cache

We will wait for your response.

Thank you for allowing us access to check the forms.

I found one problem that is causing your webpage not to load:

There is a mismatch in protocols - your form is embedded using a secure method while your website does not have a SSL certificate.

You can resolve the problem in two ways:

Option One - replace the form with a non-SSL encrypted embed code:

    1. Log in to jotform using this URL:

    2. Get the embed code (which will automatically remove the secure connection to form elements), I would reccomend the Iframe.

Option Two - Get a SSL certificate for your website

Please let us know if this helped.
