Many users are experiencing the following when they press submit : The webpage is not available...and then no submission is sent.
why?...is jotform having server problems?
this keeps happening every other day! I have not changed any of the form setting in ages!
Please can you fix this as many users are complaining and it really doesnt help us on our day to day jobs

Hi Max, I just tested this via your form to doublecheck it but it seems after doing so that I am not able to replicate the same issue. So I am thinking that it may have been a temporary connection issue which might have been experienced if the form was used during our peak time and usually goes away after a little while automatically once things calm down. This could also explain the reason why it has been a bit sporadic or as you say every other day. I've gone ahead and cleared your form caches to refresh everything for you so hopefully that will aid in the resolution of this problem.
If you see it happen again can you please try to let us know immediately after it happens and we will do our best to try to figure out what's going on and check it more.

Thanks for trying the form, But many users try again and again sometimes days apart and still have the same problem. regardless if it is / is not at peak times.
