I set up a jotform account a few months ago and have forgotten my password. I have tried the prompt to help me reset and have been unsuccessful.

    I went ahead and initiated a system-generated email to be sent to your email address containing instructions on how to reset your password. Please check your inbox and follow the steps stated there.
