Security Questions - from Canadian company

Asked by Karen Kearney  on March 12, 2014 at 10:54 AM

Hi there,  I'm fairly new to the world of Adobe Acrobat and have successfully converted all of our internal forms to fillable ones which is working well.  I've created an external fillable form for prospective employees to fill out and submit as application for an open competition.  I'd like to be able to attach an upload button for them to also submit their resume.

We are not able to use any kind of software that hosts the information, even if it is web-based and secure, anywhere but on our own servers.

I'm not really sure how your forms work.  Would this info be hosted somewhere in cyberspace?  What I'd like is the ability for someone to fill in the application, attach their resume and click a button that would send it to our default job application email.

    Please advise.

On a regular solution, submited data gets to our servers and a copy might be send to other storage locations defined by you. You can also activate the auto delete submission app but still even for a brief moment data will be stored on our servers.
The Jotform Aplication might be the solution, as it can be hosted on your servers mantaining the privacy of the data:
