    Hi!

Is it possible to attach uploaded files in the autoresponder mail.

Now, when clicking on the file link in the form table, a browser opens with a 404 error that shows following information:

    Whoops!

Unfortunately, the page you were looking for could not be found. It may be temporarily unavailable, moved or no longer exists. Please check your spelling and retry.

    Hi there,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

This is the new feature Jotform. You can now attach files to Autoresponder Emails simply by uploading it to the setup wizard. Whether you’re a teacher who wants to send supplemental information to your students or a business who wants to automatically send a whitepaper to new mailing list contacts, this new feature should come in handy.

To enable this feature, follow these simple steps:

    1. Select the form for your Autoresponder Email and click More.
    2. Click on Emails to see the setup wizard.
    3. Create a new Autoresponder Email or edit an existing one.
    4. Under the Advanced tab, you’ll see a field labeled Attach a File that allows you to upload an attachment.
    5. Upload your attachment and click Save.

    Hi

    Thanks for your reply.

I think you misunderstood me :)

What I meant was, the attachment that is uploaded by the one that's filling the form.

The form I'm building, is an order placement, with the opportunity to upload files.

Is it possible that the user uploaded file can be added to the autoresponder email?

    Best regards

    Hi there,

    > Is it possible that the user uploaded file can be added to the autoresponder email?

As the files are uploaded by the respondents themselves, that means they already have the files. For this reason; the option to send the uploaded files is only available for the Notification emails.

However, the links to these uploaded files are added (by default) to these autoresponder emails. Users should be able to download these files by accessing these links.

Important: For these links to work for your respondents, you need to have the Require log-in to view uploaded files. setting disabled from the account settings page.

If you have questions, let us know.

    Thank you!
