HIPAA: View incomplete submissions and download them

    I can only assume that you have enabled the Continue Forms Later feature of your form (How-to-enable-autofill-on-forms) and you are looking to find where you can view the submissions that were only saved by your respondents.

    If that is the case, I would suggest that you refer to this guide (How-to-view-incomplete-submissions-in-Jotform-tables/) for more information on how you can view incomplete submissions.

    Hello,

    I'm not able view the incomplete submissions anymore, can you please advise if the HIPAA security is prevent me from seeing it?

    Also, is there a way to export to Excel or create a table of the incomplete submissions? We would like to be able to easily contact people to remind them to complete their forms.

    Hi Lily,

    Our apologies for the inconvenience. Currently, it is not possible to view details of Incomplete Submissions on HIPAA enabled account. There is no way to export to Excel or create a table of the incomplete submissions too. I have created a feature request ticket and will be forwarding it to our backend team for possible implementation. 

    Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.
