How to download JotForm submission how it was filled out

Hello,

I hope you are well. How can I download a submission on one of my JotForms with the terms and conditions that I have written on top of my form? Essentially what I want to do is to be able to print a copy of the form with the entry fields filled out with the respective information of the submitter. This way I can have the terms and conditions appear on the top of the form and the submission details filled out within the form itself. So far I am only able to print submissions from the inbox section, but they do not contain my heading and subheade. Please advise. Thanks!

In this guide, you can see that you can implement Form Fields that you want to appear into your inbox section after submission. Add the heading and subheading you want to appear after submission and you can print a copy together with these fields shown.
