How to send external parameters to the form

Hi,

Is there a way to send parameters to the form? I need to publish my form in some sites, but I need to register the information of the site or url where the data is collected.

You can prepopulate a form by utilizing URL Parameters (for guide click here).

Additional to this there is also an App that allows you to generate the code for the URL parameters.

Additionally, in case you would like to automatically grab a web page address, you might try a 'Get Referrer' Widget. It works great with a form Embed code.
