    Today, Husband helped me created a Jotform account to complete intake papers.
    he got email address incorrect typed cathyscanlon@gmail.com, when it should have been cathyscan@gmail.com
    And cathyscan@gmail.com is a used email account, so if that user did a Verify then they are getting my links to resume entering form.
    Can I fix this?
    can the clinic fix it?
    they use Fraser.JotForm.Com

    Could you please give us more details about your concern so we can assist you properly?

    Yes we are the owner, CathyScan@Gmail.com.
    We received intake links from Fraser to complete.
    Fraser uses fraser.joform.com to allow clients (like us) to save partially
    completed forms,
    We are a NEW client and just created the jotform email address account
    yesterday.
    However we do NOT own CathyScanlon@Gmail.com,
    I accidentally typed that when saving the first partially completed form to
    jotForm.
    Even though email is NOT coming to us, I could/can still get at the
    partially completed form via the joy form feature to "Create a Shared Link"
    feature.
    Ultimately I noticed every time we save its says its sending a link to
    CathyScanlon.Com (not us)
    So to protect the data, we had to resume the form.using the link "Create
    Shared Link" feature and and them clear all entered fields, followed by
    deleting the drafted form altogether.
    Knowing that you can't just change the associated email address to the
    correct one for security reasons. We'd like the start over from scratch on
    our end (the patient end); Fraser is the customer of JotForm.
    If the association between the links we have to get to forms and jotForm
    can be deleted, the association to the erroneous email account
    (CathyScanlon@Gmail.com) then we could start fresh on the initial form
    links we received and have a fresh opportunity to save partially completed
    forms to our correct email account.
    We are supposed to submit these papers by Thursday (tomorrow) for a Friday
    appointment.

    I believe I was able to fix the issue. By using a device and browser
    that has NOT connected to these forms or the jotform saving step, I was
    able to redo the step of setting the email address.
    I received the expected "VERIFY email address" and pressed verify.
    At least on this other device I'm now sending the jotForm "resume" links to
    correct email address.
