When I calculate a value in a filed and chose to include this field in a autorepond message or in the subjecheading the fomfield content is missing in the respond mail that is sent out... is this a bug or do I do something wrong ?

    Hi,

Have you tried re-creating a new Autoresponder E-mail?

Calculated field content not included in the autoresponders and or thankyoupage ? Image 1 Screenshot 20

I suggest you also try this to be sure all the new updated fields on the form are carried over to the e-mail template.

Hope this help. Inform us if issue persist.

    Thanks!

Hi there, I have tried that and it work in the body text area if it is in HTML mode, but not in the subject heading of the autoresponder email or in the ThnakyouPage. In txt mode it wont work in the bodytext area either... maybe this is a new bug as it used to function well before ...

    Hello egil500,

I'm sorry for the trouble caused to you.

It seems you are right. I did few tests and I was able to replicate the problem you are having. I created a test form and added two auto responders (one HTML and the other one as text). Here are my findings:

Auto-responders with HTML body:  Calculation values are displayed in the body but does not display the value in the subject line.

Auto-responders with text body: Calculation values are displayed in the body but does not display the value in the subject line.

Thank you message: Calculation values are not displayed in the page.

I am creating a bug report and sending it to our back end team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any update from them.

    Thank you!
