Hi, have you checked the folder spam? I would recommend you to white-list our domain names:
(We use Amazon SES method for "noreply@jotform.com" sender.)
· jotform.com· email.amazonses.com· amazonses.com· jotform.co· secure.jotform.co· s3.amazonaws.com· static-interlogyllc.netdna-ssl.com -

Yes, there is nothing in my folder spam.
I had theis problem for 3 days now, i can't believe i lost half week wh it.
Impossible with zoho mail, impossible with outlook and a mistery now with Google Aps.
Its sort of surreal that at this point there's not a solution for it.
I did all thingspossible in every email host i used.
Dont know if in google apps i can whitelist domains , i already whitelisted your IPs

@kikirikey
We are sorry for the frustration caused by this problem, but I'd like to reassure you that we are adamant about helping you resolve this issue so you can start using JotForm.
You were receiving emails on Gmail, so that's a good sign. That means, we are properly sending out the emails. Now that you told me that you are using Google Apps email, I have just realized that you were using email applications (Zoho and Google Apps) installed on your server. That's probably where the problem comes from.
If my assumption was correct (about email apps being deployed on your server), can you please tell us how you were whitelisting the IP's and domain names given by my colleagues?

kikirikeyReplied on March 13, 2014 at 10:20 AMHi,
I started with zoho mail but after few days without receiving any emails
from the form there i decided to cancel my zoho account.
I opened google apps thinking that might work considering i received
jotform to my personal gmail account
But my surprise is that i had again the same issue.
I whitelisted the IP's in google apps control panel where there is a place
where to list the IPs you want to save.

I have found this but i dont really understand it

and i noticed i am not alone with this problem

I think the problem is not at your end but in any case if you find a
solution let me know

There is also a possibility that our IP's are being blocked by your host. You may want to contact your host's support for further help with regards to that.
You can just tell them to help you whitelist the IP addresses and domain names we have provided to you thus far.
