PDF Editor: Adding a missing field to the PDF

    Hello,

    I have one question - "Please select your school" - in my form that is not downloading on the PDF for responses. Please help. Thanks.

    Thank you for reaching out. 

    I believe this is due to how your PDF is set up. If you go into your PDF Editor, you can add the missing field. All submissions downloaded as PDFs after this change will include the question.
