Second chance on PayPal Pro Forms with Incorrect Credit Card Details

    We are using paypal pro recently a customer got to the end of our lengthly registration and put in a wrong exp date on her CC she was booted and nothing was saved or submitted. Is there anything we can do about this? Thanks for making a great program!

    Hi,

    Invalid expiration date results to an error page which allows anyone to go back and correct the mistake.

    Your customer should have just clicked the 'Go back and fix' link instead of closing the window.
