Navigation in Card Forms not visible

    Jotform was broken earlier today on a global level where you could not see the navigation tabs on the bottom of the card style forms. So basically people could not advance forward or back after inputting data. It seems fixed now but what time did this break and what time was it fixed?

    Hello!

    We have received a single report (other than yours) about the issue - it seems to have appeared around 10 AM EST and resolved at about 10:30 AM.

    It was likely caused by some issue with an update made by our developers, but it was quickly resolved.

    Nevertheless, since it was fixed so quickly without much fanfare and I didn't get a chance to witness it first-hand, I cannot provide any more information and the statement above is just my guess.
