I tested the email notification of the form you mentioned for the email address
email@example.com . The mail logs indicated that the email was sent without any errors.

Have you looked into the bulk or spam folders of the said email? The notification
alert might have been caught by the spam filters of the email.
Also add to your address book @jotform.com if it allows this kind of permissions. Or email@example.com and firstname.lastname@example.org if it requires a specific email address
