Help with QR codes and hyperlinks

    Hello -

    I am new to Jotforms and am trying it out. I am having trouble getting the web link to copy as a hyperlink and I am also having trouble with the QR Codes. It requires the recipient to create an account prior to filling out the form. Can you help me understand and resolve these issues?

    Hi Cindy,

    Happy to help!

    I checked your form 212836420532045 and noticed that you had set it as a "Private Form": this will require anyone who accesses the form to have a Jotform account.

    To change this, click the PUBLISH tab in the top menu of your Form Builder, then click Private Form (or Settings):

    Next, click Public Form and select your permissions:

    In regards to your other concern that you are having trouble getting the web link to copy as a hyperlink: could you please elaborate a bit more on what you are experiencing here?

    Good afternoon -

    Thank you for helping resolve the issue with the QR Code! I am still unable to open the hyperlink for any of the forms on my account (For instance I would like to send the hyperlink on by business email to clients and when I copy and paste the link it does not open the form)

    I was able to open the forms with no issues:

    Were you able to replicate it on your end? If so, can you record a video showing the said issue so we can check?
