Hi there,
Could you please tell us if you are trying to create a new PayPal account or trying to use an existing PayPal account?
If you are trying to use an existing Paypal account then please login to your account first and then try connecting your Paypal business integration in your form again.
If it still doesn't work then please try it from a different browser.
