Blank responses from Jotform via PowerAutomate

    Hi,

    We are relying on the Jotform integration with PowerAutomate to get leads from our submissions in Jotform into Dynamics CRM. Unfortunately, every 10 or so submissions on the form https://form.jotform.com/212774882945066 will show up as blank in PowerAutomate:

    When I go back to Jotform Submissions/Tables and Edit the entry, after the submission of the entry is done the syncronization works OK, though.

    I hope you can assist me with this issues.

    Thanks for the quick reply. Do you mean I have to re-do the whole workflow in Power Automate? Why is that? Did clearing the cache change any of the form or field Ids?

    Clearing cache is a general recommendation for all kinds of issues.

    Yes, re-doing the workflow also might resolve this problem.

    Let us know if the issue still persists.

    unfortunetaly, it didn't work. After spending a lot of time redoing the whole integration, I still am receiving blank responses. Received one just now.

    Hello there,

    Before we forward this to our back-end team, could you send let us know those submission IDs that are arriving blank with some screenshots of the blanks in Power Automate?

    I have attached two screenshots in my previous message containing all the necessary data: form ID, submissionID, blank ("") details as answers to the questions etc.

    Also, my initial message contained the actual code/json that was copied and pasted in.

    I can see there are blank in the submission.

    We made some improvements on the code side. Could you please check your submissions in Power Automate and let us know if this issue persists?

    Hi! Thanks for the update! I will be on the lookout for sure but I can tell you right now that for the past 4 or 5 days no such blank submissions went through, so, it seems to be working.
