How do I import a word.doc survey form to jotform

Asked by Rinso on July 19, 2011 at 05:18 AM

I have a detailes client profile survey designed in Word.doc, (Pen and Paper work) in a effort to save a few thousand trees and make it easy for clients I want to create a interactive form.  I have used Adode before for active fill forms and someone recommended Jotform.  My trial and error creation of forms on a blank JotFom page is great.  Then I came to a major halt when I tried to upload the existing form as a template.    Am I missing something or do i go back to adobe/

I have not put anything up on web yet, the URL below is where we would put it.

    Hi Rinso,

Thank you for your inquiry. I'm afraid this is not yet possible with JotForm. You need to recreate the form in your MS Word file using the online form builder of JotForm.

At the moment, you can only clone forms that are built using the HTML <form> ... </form> tag.

Please let us know if you need further assistance. Thank you for using JotForm!
