- The pictures of our product will not show the full view.
- Payment for Youth Shirt shows incorrect cost until I click on a size, and then it shows the right size.
- We need to be able to offer multiple size options for each good shown, and can't figure out how to add these extra drop downs to our Jot Form.
- Is it possible to show the three color options in one spot with a drop down for size, color, and qty in one place vs. showing each color?
- How do we make sure our Jot Form will download all orders into an Excel Sheet?
- How do we grab the link to send the customer?
- How do we attach the external payment link?
Hoping to get this to our client today! : )

Hi,
- The pictures of our product will not show the full view.
Please try to turn the Autoscale off for the images. Open the Product list, click on the product settings, and toggle the Auto Scale Images off. - Payment for Youth Shirt shows incorrect cost until I click on a size, and then it shows the right size.
It seems that the Special Pricing is turned on for the products, and it is different from the product size. Either turn off the Special pricing, or adjust the price.
Guide: What-is-special-pricing - We need to be able to offer multiple size options for each good shown, and can't figure out how to add these extra drop downs to our Jot Form.
You can add options by adding product options and turning sub-products on.
Guide: Create-sub-products-based-on-a-product-option - Is it possible to show the three color options in one spot with a drop down for size, color, and qty in one place vs. showing each color?
You can add another Product Option for the color, just like the sizing is added above. - How do we make sure our Jot Form will download all orders into an Excel Sheet?
Please see our guide on how to download submissions to Excel:
How-to-download-form-submissions-as-excel-csv-pdf - How do we grab the link to send the customer?
You can copy-paste the form URL to your customers. Here is how you can find the URL:
Where-to-find-my-form-url
You can also send the forms via email:
How-to-send-a-form-via-email - How do we attach the external payment link?
You can add hyperlinks to your form in Paragraph fields (you will find this from the Add Form Elements' Basic tab). You can also redirect your customer automatically to an external link when they press submit on the form:

Hopefully this helps. If you have any further questions, let us know and we are happy to help.

Thank you so much, Laura!
I'm not sure if it matters or not, but the product list to the right for youth pricing is different than what actually shows to the left on the form. The preview form is correct and shows correct pricing when I view it?

Hi,
The price that you are seeing on the right is the default product price.
As you have added the size options, and are using the special pricing, this default price is overwritten by the prices that you stated for each size in the Options.
If you look closely, the 22.70USD price is greyed out, which means that it is not currently used.
You do not have to care about this price, but if it bothers you, you can temporarily turn off the Special Pricing in the Options, come back and change the default price from 22.70 to 19.40, and then turn on the Special Pricing again.
Let us know if you need further assistance. -

Two more questions, and hopefully I will be ready to go!
- How do I double check that the external payment link and Excel File that the Jot Form will put all order in, is working before I send the link to my customer to post on their website?
- How can I make sure all three color options of apparel shows on the form? Right now, it only shows the Athletic Heather option, unless I click on the photo to see the other two options we are offering? I would like all three to show.
Thank you so much for your guidance!
Erin

Dear Erin,
Thanks for your reply.
- How do I double check that the external payment link and Excel File that the Jot Form will put all order in, is working before I send the link to my customer to post on their website?
I am not sure that I fully get your response, however, if you want to double-check your submissions page - you may check this guide:
👉 How to view form submissions
- How can I make sure all three color options of apparel shows on the form? Right now, it only shows the Athletic Heather option, unless I click on the photo to see the other two options we are offering? I would like all three to show.
Your product has 3 color options that you can choose from:
Please, could you confirm that it's a correct flow?
Thanks,
Alex

Hey Alex,
I went to run a mock purchase and it is asking for an invoice #, and the payment amount? How do we correct this?
Also, we did not pay for anything yet, and this is what was emailed back to me? Why would Jot Form send this if no payment was received?

Please note that you have not added a payment integration to the Product List. So, there is no payment. However, the system will still show a summary of the selected products.
If you need to test a PayPal payment integration, you can check and follow this guide:

We connected our external credit card payment link according to the instructions shown below. However, when we go to test the link, it took us to our payment link that did not connect the order. The total, tax etc.. needs to automatically appear in the order so the customer can complete their purchase. Could you please let us know how we can fix this?
You can add hyperlinks to your form in Paragraph fields (you will find this from the Add Form Elements' Basic tab). You can also redirect your customer automatically to an external link when they press submit on the form:

Thanks for your reply,
To add a payment integration to your form that parses the amount, tax, etc to the payment getaway - you have to use the available payment getaways:
Open the product list properties:
Then, click Add Payment Integration and choose the available payment method:
Hope it helps,
Alex

Hopefully, this is the last question I need answered and then I can get a link to my customer... when I follow the instructions you have provided, it asks me to select a payment gateway? However, our accounting department has not seen this request before? Do we always have to pick a payment gateway? How do we know which gateway to pick? Our accounting department provided me with a 3rd party credit card link to use with our Jot Form.
Thanks!

Hello there,
You can check here all the compatible gateways https://www.jotform.com/integrations/category/payment-processingYou can also check this blog post: https://www.jotform.com/blog/payment-processors/ to know which payment processor is the best for your business. At the moment we don't provide 3rd party credit card integration.
