The payment by credit card with Paypal Pro doesn't work

    Hi,

    I've set up a form including the Paypal Pro tool. I've done some tests to see if it worked but when I tried to pay by credit card, but the screen displayed "Merchant country unsupported."

    How can I deal with that?

    Hi,

    Such error is not from Jotform side.

    If I am not wrong your paypal account is based on France, right? Please note that Paypal Pro will not work for countries other than United Kingdom, United States, and Canada. So, that's why your french paypal pro account is not working.

    So, it is an account restrinction from Paypal for some countries.

    I would suggest to use a different payment tool that allows the users to pay with credit card such as Stripe or Authorize.Net.
