    How do I stop the approval history from appearing on the uploaded form? It's irrelevant to the storage of the form and I'd like to keep it separate.

    I am not sure which are are you referring to. We'll need more information from you on this.

    Q) From where exactly do you want to remove the approval history? Please send us a screenshot using these instructions and the page link.

    When the form is submitted a copy is saved to Onedrive, in this copy I'd like to remove the inclusion of approval activity history. The form is saved for documentation purposes and the approval is unnecessary.

    Under the "Approval Action History" there's a list of all the approvers emails that I've built into my workflow (I have omitted this for privacy reasons but they are indeed there) This list is over a page long and I'd like to have it removed.

    I assume that you refer to the PDF file, which is sent to Onedrive. Please note that you can create different PDF documents (templates) in the PDF editor.

    This will allow you to use different PDF document for the notification and for the Onedrive integration. In order to open the PDF editor, you should select a form, while on your MY FORMS page. And then click MORE option, and click Create PDF Document option under DATA column.

    Hi,

    I apologize for the inconvenience that this might have caused. I tried to access PDF editor and edit your form's PDF document, and I was able to replicate the issue. It just shows a blank white page to me as well.

    I forwarded this issue to our backend team. We will get back to you as soon as we have any updates on this.
