How can I allow the application form to transfer over to a payment page after clicking on submit?

Hello!

I currently have created an application form for our school. 

I was wondering if there was any way to allow the application form to direct to a payment page after the SUBMIT button is clicked. 

I would also like the application form to say INCOMPLETE until the applicant has paid for the application.

This is exactly how our PayPal Forms work. We do forward a form user to the PayPal payment page upon clicking on the Submit button. Also, unpaid submissions are being forwarded to Incomplete Payments.
