Sharing data between two forms, but not instantly (the second form only gets populated if the first is approved)

Hi Jotform Experts

How do I populate a second form (a digital contract) with information (such as name, surname, email address, physical address etc) captured in an initial form (the application) ? I've watched the jotform HELP videos around prepopulating / linking the URL of the second form to the EMAIL function / Thank You workflow, but that all seems only cater for prepopulating the second form (the digital Contract) right there and then. BUT I only want to create the second form / digital contract IF the first form (application) is APPROVED.

Can someone please help with this? Can it be done / triggered directly from Jotform? Or do I need to use the information stored in my Google Sheets (and how would I do this?)

Do you wish to send an email to your users which they can use to prepopulate questions on a second form after you have approved it?

If you create an approval flow using Jotform, you will be able to create a flow and send emails to your users. In that email, you can configure a custom URL that will have information from the original form. You can use the following link to learn more:

This guide will show you how to create a link and add it to Thank you page, however, you can add it to the email that is sent after the approval.

I'm really battling to get done what I need to.

I cannot find the right way to pre-populate a second form 2 (but the data must appear in amongst the content / text of the form paragraphs). Is there any live support or way to set up a virtual meeting with Jotform expert who can walk me through a simple example of what I need, and I will extend that to the rest of the form / entries once the knowledge is learnt?
