Estimate request not being sent to email

    Been using jotform for a couple of years for our website estimate request form. Has worked great until today. we are not receiving an email when our estimate request form is filled out and submitted. it does show up on jotform submissions... it says out of submissions. if i delete submissions will we start to get new ones. on the free plan.

    just tried to send an estimate request and not receiving it to email
