Having trouble with one of my volunteer staff not being able to re-open the Jotform email....
We have Surrender & Adoption Application on our websites. A client fills out the appropriate form, and submits it. I get the intial email from JotForm with the results.
I forward that email to our group of volunteers for processing.
Everyone can see that email fine.
The only volunteer using a Mac can open that email ONCE. But if she wants to go back in and look at it again, she cannot. She gets an error - and it often shuts down Outlook.
Is this something to do with Mac & Jotform?
Please help - she needs to be able to look over the info on each Surrender Form.
Thanks.

Thank you for contacting us.
There might be a bug with html email rendering in Outlook on Mac. I will submit a ticket to our Development Team. We can not promise anything at this time, but we will update this thread if we get any news.
As a workaround, you can add an additional Email Notification to the form, and switch it to the Text Mode. I think that plain text emails should not cause any issues.

We are planning to re-design this email. When we do that we will make sure to test the new design on Outlook.
Thanks for your patience.
