2. Click the CREATE FORM button
3. Select Import Form

Hi Hawkins_Angela,
Jotform Smart PDF Forms allows you to add, move, resize, and delete PDF fields. You cannot, however, edit the text or images on the PDF.
If you want to update or edit some elements on your PDF document, you can do so by using other editing tools such as Adobe Acrobat. Then, you can replace your PDF form without affecting its online form.
To replace your PDF, click the Upload button at the top left and select the Update PDF option.
You can follow this guide:
Go to the My Forms page. Click Edit next to the form associated with the PDF you want to replace.
Next, go to the Upload tab in Jotform Smart PDF Forms, and click the Update PDF text.
Select your file, and that’s it! You should see the new PDF right away.
Please keep in mind the limit of 25 pages. If your new PDF file exceeds this limit, the import will not proceed.
I hope this helps!
