People are filling in my forms but They are not showing up.  I have had three people this week alone tell me that they have filled in my applications, yet not one is on here.  I use to get emails and notifcations but it has stopped all of a sudden.  Can you advise me what is happening

    Hi,

You can login to your Jotform account and check the submissions if you did not received it over email.

By the way, can you please provide the form in question? I check all the forms on your account "EyeCatchers_photography" but I am unable to see latest submissions except on March 02, 2014. It is impossible for the submissions not to land on your form submissions page unless they failed to submit the form. Perhaps if you could provide the form URL in question, we can check and inspect it further.

We'll await your reply here. Thanks!

I have logged in and there are no new forms sent, yet I know three people who have filled them in and sent them. I will log in and send the form to you in question

Is this the form URL in question: http://form.jotform.us/form/23281555297157 ? It's impossible that the submission won't reach our servers if the submitter successfully send it to the form. There's a tendency that you won't receive the submission to your email, but it always gets into our servers, no matter what for as long as the submitter sees your form Thank You page.

May we also know if the form is embedded to a page? If yes, let us know the webpage URL so we can check further.

    Thanks

Yes that is the form in question.  it is embedded into my webpage.   I did a test run last night and it worked. So I am thinking that the pople filling it in are not hitting the submitt button.

This is my the web page where it is embedded.

    Hi,

They probably indeed up to something an error. I did check your website and noticed that the form validation is not working. This is a possible conflict and would sometimes the cause of the form won't be able to submit so I would advise re-embedding your form using our iFrame Method: Getting the Form iFrame Code. Since the form is placed inside an iFrame, this shouldn't create any conflict to the page.

    I hope this helps.

    Thanks
