download uploaded documents

Hi, to download the uploaded documents, click on MY FORMS, select the form, and click on Submissions.

Then click on the link to dowload the file:

Also, when you set up your email notifications, the link to download the file will be added there. Let us know if you have any question, we will be glad to assist you.

Thanks for your response. It appears there is no way to download ALL uploaded files at once in a zip file...that would be a really useful feature. I have a client who uploads roughly 15-20 files per submission and it's a nuisance to have to download each one separately.

There's actually a Jotform App that can download all uploaded files to your form. However, it requires a knowledge with Ruby Programming: http://apps.jotform.com/app/file_downloader.

An easier way is to download each file from your form submissions page.
