HIPAA: Deactivating it is stuck on the last form

    Hello there,

    You can delete HIPAA compliance from your account from the Data section of your account.

    If you come across any issues, let us know.

    Hi Patrick,
    So I've been looking at this graph for 2 hours now, its still showing 14 out of 15 forms processed.

    I can't disable again, cos its still showing "removing...."1635758190_617fb06ed75bb_

    Hi guys,
    Please do at least identify the problem.
    I've got no update for 12 hours now,
    If there's a form in my account that I need to disable or even delete,
    I can work on that, but I cannot just sit here and wait and wait.

    Hi guys,
    Now some of the attachments for my existing submissions are not working when we click on the links.

    and edit links for past submissions don't work as well

    As HIPAA compliance is still under processing, these links might not work until this is completed.

    We've already escalated this issue to the Backend team.

    Once we have an update, we'll let you know; after which you can re-test your links.

    can we please have a response… it’s been more than 48 hours and I don’t have anything from Jotform,

    Hi there,

    Kindly note that you have around 21.30GB of data that is to be moved from HIPAA to HIPAA servers. Please allow some more time to this process to complete.

    I've also left a message for the Backend team; just in case, there is an issue.

    Hi,
    So the processing is done, thank you so much for that.

    But my links for submitted pictures during the last 7 days... all my links are broken.

    are those images saved somewhere at all or do I need to get the people to re-submit ?

    Your account is not yet HIPAA compliant. Did you receive any notification that your account is converted to HIPAA compliant?

    Could you please try enabling HIPAA compliance on your account once again?

    Let us know if you are still experiencing any issues while enabling HIPAA compliance?

    anyway,

    I have gone from normal to HIPAA-compliant and now I'm not HIPAA-compliant.
    but the last 7 days, my account was stuck in processing. during that time, I continue receiving submissions.
    So now that I'm not HIPAA-compliant anymore,

    I have multiple submissions with attachments ... and I can't seem to access those images.
