Cannot submit form (Urgent)

    Cannot submitting forms. After clicking on submit button only it shows please wait as per attached screenshot

    Hi,

    We need to send testing data directly from your form in order to collect sufficient evidence.

    But we are only allowed to send from your form with your permission.

    Please reply in this thread with your explicit permission if you want us to proceed.
