    Please can you tell me how do edit her account details?

    What is our existing Jotform account username or the email address you have used in our account profile, and we will take a look.

    Alternatively, you can also let us know any of your form ID, form URL or webpage URL where you have embedded your form and we will take a look.

    We will wait for your response.

    Thank you for reaching Jotform support.

    We understand that you needed to update the account details. I know how important to have an answer right away.

    If you are looking to change the email address for the account, just follow this guide and it will direct you to the detailed instruction. To change the password, click on this guide for the instruction. If you need to change the name on the account, you can go to your profile page and edit the name from there.

    In Jotform, we really value our client's security and privacy and only the Jotform staff can update the account details. All you need to do is to send a request using the account stating that you needed to update the account details. Please indicate three unique usernames in order preference for us to change which ones are available.
